Logo redesign

Hello all,
I am looking to have our Infinity Knot logo redone in a Gothic style.
The examples given are some references to go off.

Requirements:
-The Infinity Knot logo has to be intact with no gaps in the pattern.
-It can be asymmetrical, depending if it makes sense.
-Additional elements such as spikes and tails can be added (similar to the example) but do not overuse them, has to be subtle.
-PLEASE LOOK AT THE EXAMPLES CLOSELY

look at the original logo of the knot and imagine that its a normal font like Helvetica,
and what i need is as if its the same logo of the knot but its in a gothic font.
