Logo PSD to different formats

I have 2 logo variations I need converting from .psd, once trimmed etc and set to 300dpi into:

Portrait & Landscape variations of files in:
.png (transparent & against black background)
.ai (vector)
.pdf (against black background)

Convert both yellows into black, and provide the all the above for each against a white background.
Provide all in a .zip file

Included here .png of files - original psd files transferred via wetransfer as won't upload here.
