Logo design and banner picture design for FB page

Please design me a logo for my property business. I help people in distress who need to sell their property promptly. The logo should feature a graphic of a house in a sort of a jigsaw design and the the words The Property Fella.

I also want a picture designed for the banner section on FB. The theme is to have a picture or design of a box half open, similar to a monopoly box, with a picture of me on the box as I am the brand and a picture or graphic of a row of coloured houses.
