Logo design

I am looking for a relatively simple design of a tribal rams head.
Similar to the one shown in the attached file.
Please advise if this is something you would be interested in doing, as well as the cost for this?
I would need the versatility to change the Ram`s head colour...….although i would like it designed in a silver, so to understand the look of the Logo against a black background.
