Logo changed to high res to fit on 8ft banner

Design details: Our restaurant is having some scaffolding put up so to make sure people know we are open we are having a banner made.
The banner with be 8ft by 2ft. Apparently our logo isn't high res enough for the large banner so it needs changing.
I also would like the colours to be reverted- white with black back ground.

I would like this done as quick as possible. Please only reply saying if you can make this possible.
