Leaflet Design for Restaurant

I am looking to have a A4 size 6 page roll fold leaflet design for a upmarket fine dining rural restaurant. We are looking for something eyecatching but in theme with the restaurants style. The leaflet can be designed in any format but we must be able to edit it with the limit software we have. We will supply images and copy.

Software packages we have available are MS Publisher, GIMP or any other free ones that can be recommended.
