Leaflet design

Hi I have a leaflet that I would like to alter and brighten up. I would also like to incorporate some graphics into it. I have used the same leaflet for a while and it has brought success but would just like someone to smarten it up. I would also like the leaflet to be compatible with saxoprint which require the following details.

"Please only use closed file formats:

PDF, JPG, TIFF, EPS, PS (PostScript)

Attention: If you save your PDF directly from a graphic program, please make sure to use PDF/ X-standard (PDF/X3 or PDF/X1a). We recommend picking the additional setting “compatibility 1.3” when saving your artwork files. Like that you can prevent problems with layers or transparencies that may arise during further work on your files in our workflow. and PDF 1.3 compatibility.

When saving TIFF files, please reduce layers to only one layer.

Please do not use preseparated DCS EPS data, this could lead to variations in colour or print image."

I have attached my previous email which I would like to be used as a template and can be copied with a few changes to sharpen it up. I will upload more graphics (2-3) when I have chosen the designer.
