Jewelry design

I am in need of a Jewelry design for a mens bracelet. It's going to be shaped as an anchor like the picture I will attach. The only difference is that I need it to be able to open a bottle of beer. What I need from you is the design its self so then I can go and get molds for it. I plan to have the same style of rope bracelet material for the band as the picture I have attached.
