Design details: I have created a short 7-page document in MS Powerpoint.
My layout and graphics skills are terrible and it needs the polish of a professional to make it look significantly better.
The content and images are finished and 100% - it is just the layout, font sizing, scaling etc that needs to be improved.
I am open to different colour schemes, font types, sizes, changing image sizes, using callouts, text boxes etc.
My main objective is that the document looks professional.
Content on the front/back side and body: Photo on the front page is of the property we are advertising
Ideas for the visual style: Professional Looking. Polished
Preferred colors: Open to any colour choice. Grey is possibly not the best choice.
