Image manipulation - text and filter overlay

I have a small project I need done today. I'm playing around with some filters and text over some images that I need to decide on which ones I add to my website. I have the text, font, colours etc. There will be 12 or so just to put a filter and text over initially and then once I decide on them, I'll need to have the final 10. It's pretty straight forward and shouldn't take long, but I need this done today. You'll need to be a graphic designer with experience as I need some elements in pics moved around. Must have good english and be reliable.
