Image & Graphic Design

I am looking to work with a graphic designer on an ongoing basis. I require someone who can design images/graphical content to be used for marketing on social media and our website. I will also be looking to commission them to seek improvements to the website and images and content used for aesthetics.

How you will charge for your services (Will it be per image, retainer, monthly fee)
What is included in your service (If it's a monthly fee, how many images/designs will you provide)
