FIRSTLY THE BUDGET IS THE FIXED BUDGET.PLEASE DON'T SEND A PROPOSAL EXPECTING TO CHANGE THE BUDGET, IT IS FIXED.
THE WORK WILL START AT 5 PM GMT ON 18 OCTOBER.
PLEASE SEND ME EXAMPLES OF WORK YOU'VE DONE ATTACHED TO YOUR PROPOSAL PLEASE.
I need a good designer who can take instructions to work on the following.
You won't need to be creative as all the design ideas will be given to you so you won't to work out what needs to be done, you'll be told.You need to be able to work in Photoshop or Illustrator.
