Icon design

I need a character re-designed in a pixelated way. It must look exactly the same in structure and be a ninja with hands praying using the same blue/black colours. The final must be a .png with no background.

The artwork needs to fill size 600 x 600 pixels and be sharp. It also needs to be optimised for 300 x 300 pixels. I don’t want it to be blurry if just reduced by 50% to get from 600x600 to 300x300 pixels so if you do it needs to be neatened at 300x300 so the graphic is still sharp. Think of it as leaning towards an icon design? Crisp is key.
