I want a new quotation document

Design details: I would like a new design and format for our quotation form which is currently in an excel spreadsheet. We use a non automated system as many of our products are custom made so we produce our quotes manually and enter them into the xls. So I need to be able to manually input values and descriptions onto these fields like the attached.

The current system does not generate a unique quote number so we manually create this by a combination of the date and time. I would like a unique number to be created for each quote and then i will save each quote using this number as the file name.

What I really need is a new look and feel to this quote form, so the body which does not change, looks fresh and professional, and in line with our company image (see our website).

I would be interested in all ideas and visuals so I can then choose the design which we will use going forwards.
