I need two excellent looking facebook adverts creating

I need two different Facebook adverts designing. I need someone extremely creative to do them.

The first is a Facebook ad to advertise fully funded solar panels to businesses in the UK. The advert is a lead capturing ad aimed at business owners so it needs to be very enticing.

The second is a Facebook advert to advertise a commercial estate agency. The advert is again a lead generation style advert with the aim of capturing details of business owners who may be wishing to sell there business. I want them to be selling there business with my brokerage.

I need someone highly experienced to design these, although this project is budget conscience so I'm looking for cheap prices.
