I need two banners made up for my website

Design details: I need two different banners made up for a new company that we are advertising on. The first banner is supposed to advertise our company as a whole, while the second must advertise just one division of our company.
Target audience: Boys, ranging from 6-18, who play basketball
Banner sizes: 700x163 and the second: 450x150
Banner content: There will be one logo for each banner. Both are different logos
Ideas for the visual style: Should not be overly colorful. I can provide some recent examples

Extra notes: This needs to be done within 24 hours. Nothing too fancy, just something that sells our company that we can give to this other company so that they can run the ad. One banner is for our "Elite" Division, while the other is for our whole company (Team Tournaments, Skills, Elite, Headquarters). Timely. Timely. Timely!
