I need two banners for commercial print and online adverts. Imagery + text provided

Design details: Job is quick and easy. I will need two banners, one for commercial print and another one is for online advertising.

1) Banner for commercial print
220x240px
Artworks should be supplied in PDF format
All images/graphics must be supplied in high resolution (200 dpi). Logos, bitmap resolution: 1200 dpi. All colours including pictures must be in CMYK or Grayscale, no RGB or Pantone is accepted.
Minimum/maximum dot: 5%/95%
Total Ink (color images): 240% (C+M+Y+K), Black Ink limit: 90%
Adobe Acrobat PDF. All PDF files must be created as a High-End pdf file with the Distiller with 200 dpi resolution for all pictures. All fonts must be embedded.
Resolution 200 dpi

Banners for the website must be supplied in high resolution GIF or JPEG up to 500kb.
