Role Description
We are looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Content Creator to manage and design engaging posts for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). The ideal candidate understands both African diaspora audiences and modern digital marketing trends, and can translate our brand values into visuals and content that resonate with our community.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and publish weekly posts aligned with our content calendar
Create engaging graphics, short videos, reels, and stories
Write captions that are clear, community-focused, and conversion-driven
Monitor engagement and suggest improvements for reach and growth
Work closely with the marketing team to align with campaigns and promotions
Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms
Requirements
Experience in social media management and content creation (portfolio required)
Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Knowledge of trends within African diaspora communities is a strong plus
Ability to create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Organized, consistent, and able to meet weekly deadlines
