I need some Word Documents Adapting

I have 12 certificate templates in Word that I need adapting. I need a box adding to each template so that an image can be inserted. The current text boxes may need moving around or resizing. The image box can go in different places on different templates but I would like it central on at least 3 of them and quite sizeable so that it dominates the page on at least 2 of them. I know that this is very easy for someone but I am not very good with Word.
I have attached 3 of the current templates as samples.
