I need social media graphic designer

I need someone with professional knowledge of graphics design that can translate given content to design. And the person have to design 10 to 12 contents monthly. Very simple and clean design. And the designer can decide to design all the 10-12 designs once and he/she can be doing it at his/her pace. I'll attached sample of what have done by myself before I decided to outsource it. Am expecting something simple and clean like that.
