I need my instructions laid out attractively

Hi - I am a crafter and I am selling a kit on Etsy to make a Christmas wreath. I have written the text, the images have been shot professionally and I have written the instructions as a word document. I now need someone to lay these out attractively so that they are easy to use/read. I think it is a fairly straightforward project, perhaps 2 hours work. I have uploaded the text (still being edited and corrected) but have removed the images as the file size is too large so please bear in mind that final document would need to include 11-12 images (I have high res JPGs ready to use). I would need this piece of work to be completed in the next 2 weeks and I would like to have the opportunity to chat through ideas before work starts and also to perhaps edit work whilst design in progress.
