I need full design work to be completed for a 1600 word PDF market report

Information for the business: We're a niche recruitment business

Design details: We're producing a market report which has contributions from our company and another. We have the full 1600 words of content and are looking for someone to produce a visually appealing design copy that can be sent out via PDF as well as us being able to offer as a hand out document.

One of the copies would be dual branded with the other companies details and then another one would be singularly branded with just our company colours and logos.
Target audience: head of Information Governance, eDiscovery
Content on the front/back side and body: Logos, photos and any design
Ideas for the visual style: Attached an older version, something which is professional yet vibrant.
Preferred colors: Blue
