I need for a double-headed drum sander suitable for sanding & polishing cricket bats

Information for the business: We are a cricket brand

Thus meaning that this sander has a is horizontally doubled headed(not sure on the correct terms) which allow for a cricket bat to be sanded on one head and then on the other to polish/buff the bat.

I have been made aware that this would need to be three phase rather than single phase, as most sanding machines like this are made in America and they single phase.

The sanding head, would need to be changeable, so that I could alter the grades of sandpaper easily and similar to the polishing head - this would need changing regularly I assume.

So overall, I'm looking to either source a machine from America which is very similar to the one shown above and then altered to three phase, or I'm looking for someone to construct a sanding machine like this for use to sand cricket bats.

I haven't got an exact amount I'm looking to pay for this, it all depends on the quality of machine/build to please ignore the price.
