I need football 2D shirt graphics creating

I am looking for a design to create images of older classic football shirts. These will be 2D and used on T-Shirts. I am looking for 7 designs to start with and there will potentially be a lot more over the next 12 months.

The designer will need to take an image of an older football shirt and convert it to a high-quality PNG with a transparent back gound. Some will be considerably better than others.

An interest in football would probably help but is not essential.
