I need to get architectural plans for building permit for a small ADU 14X22 that will be placed in my backyard. I have already checked with the city and they do not require licensed Architect or Structural engineer, nor do they require any geological test for an ADU of this size if it is a conventional wood frame design. Looking to hire a student, as design is simple and I have a budget.
