Information for the business: This if a safety guide for firetrucks

Design details: We have a safety guide for fire trucks designed in illustrator. The text was converted to outlines and the original deleted. I have all the links correct, but need the file re-created so that the text is editable and we can move forward with a clean copy. The layout is already done, we just need the file re-created by someone willing to spend the time inputing the information. We have the packaged indesign file now to use to create the new file.
Number of pages needed: 40
Content on the front/back side and body: Already defined, just need to be re-created
