I need an image to be created for a magazine front cover

I'm looking for a designer who can create a front page magazine cover.

I currently have an image that I'd like to use, but I need the designer to be able to add tech devices to it and include a logo on one of the tech devices that will be slightly larger than the other devices that will stem from the image.

The final version has to be a minimum of 300dpi in portrait.

Can two versions please be created with different main images, I have files for the main images, which are attached.

I'll need the image by 7th of February to allow for internal updates to be supplied if needed so please also quote for a few round of changes
