I need an A5 Brochure

I am publishing a "special issue" magazine in an A5 format of about 28 pages + 4 for cover. I am finalizing the content. I would need you to format it into a nice looking magazine. (I will provide all content - Written & pictures).
The printer requires the following:
print-ready pdf files in the correct running order, single pages not spread, 3mm from the trim on all sides (top, left, right & Bottom) all in 1 single document.

Can you please let me know how much that would be?
