I need a template making in adobe for a poster/ Flyer.

Design details: Hi there we organise several charity events a year and we want a poster/ flyer template making so that we can change the text but the background will stay the same. We have 2 examples in mind and feel it would be a simple task for anyone who is experiences with illustrator or Photoshop. We would require the adobe files so that we can update the information and be able to use it again and make changes so its suitable for both online and print.
Target audience: Family.
Number of pages needed: 1
Content on the front/back side and body: Simple illustration and text.
Ideas for the visual style: We will send an image of what we want.
Extra notes: We would like you to replicate the poster provided, we will alter the text our selves so its no matter what it says. Fonts used must be available on adobe or by free download. As we stated above we would like to use this as a template for the 2 or 3 fundraisers we put on a year.
