I need a recipe card created in InDesign

I am looking for a graphic designer who works on Adobe InDesign to recreate these recipe cards (https://softedge.studio/en-gb/products/recipe-cards?variant=41336833835053) in an indesign file format so I am able to open and edit them myself to add my own recipes and photos to create a Christmas present for my mum. I would like the cards to have the same ring binder format with a tab in a different position each time (three cards total).
