I need a poster created

This project involves the following steps:
1) Set out the background image (blue & white diamond pattern) with final print dimensions to be 110cm x 75cm. The image will be provided but alignment will be required.
2) Set out the 100 individual name cards evenly in 10 cards x 10 rows as per the mock up. Note:
- the name cards shall be arranged in a straight horizontal line
- the name cards will be provided as a flat, scanned image, approx 6 name cards per pdf file; each name card will need to be 'cut out' before it shall be transferred 'on top of' the background image; see attached to this posting an actual example
- each name card shall be 9cmx5cm in print size

The technical requirements for the outputs are:
- print PDF format
- RGB color space (Adobe 1998 or SRGB).
- save PDF in X3
- Data installation should be 1:10 whereby the picture motives (name cards) should have 300dpi (with 1:10).
