I need a new banner designed in photoshop for a website

Design details: We currently have a website that markets Conveyancing Services. Following an extensive amount of work, we have managed to reduce the bounce rate.

However now, I think the users are having difficulty in finding where the 'Get Quote' option is as it does not have the prominence of the site, even though it is one of the most important features that we need.

Check www.fridaysmove.com where the user gets and 'in you face' get quote option. This is what Im looking for but the banner should be designed in such a way that it does out feel out of place from the existing site. Very simple wording to be used, which will be supplied.
