I need a logo for my dad's business

We're designing a logo for my dad's process serving business. He travels around by car delivering court documents. I'm attaching a rough picture of what we'd like the eventual logo to look like. The plan is to put this logo on shirts and a backpack.

The circle should be thick, black, and bold. Within the circle should be a carve out of the state of California. Within the California image should be a star about 2/3 of the way down. The star should be similar to the star used by the US Army. Out of the star should be a zigzag down to the bottom of the California image. At the bottom the the California image should be a car, connected to the zigzag. Outside of the circle will be the name of his business, "Cal Chases," in Army font.
