I need a graphics Designer to produce advertisement banner animation

Design details: I need a graphics designer to produce advertisement banners (with animation) for our Virtual football entertainment service. Each advertisement board requires 25 images to create a 1 second loop. We want the advertisement to showcase the company's logo, branding and slogan as well as content (which is Virtual Sports). The contractor can produce the images from scratch as long as it firs into the company branding (colors, scheme, slogan , contents etc.). I have example images of company slogan and branding.
Target audience: Virtual Sport players

Preferred colors: Red and White

Extra notes: The job is to start ASAP and needs to be completed immediately. One set of adverts are for the studio while the other set is round a football stadium (pitch).
