Design details: I have a sketch of a flyer design I would like created as soon as possible. It is a front and back design on an 8.5" x 11" page, and please include .25" bleeds as well. Would like print ready, editable files.
Content on the front/back side and body: Illustration, Logo, Website Content
Ideas for the visual style: Very clean and simple.
Things to avoid: Clutter and overly animated. Stick to design please.
Extra notes: Will send logo package, color palette, preferred font and content to awarded bidder.
Looking for a graphic designer that will not charge for additional changes, and that I can build a lasting, working relationship with. Would love to stick with one graphic designer for my design needs.

I think you on your sketch you use the words home page pic. As you have had 16 bids already I presume they have told you why that will not be of any use in print.
