I need a flyer and a brochure made for my app for b2b sales

Im looking to start a relationship with a designer to handle our design work on an adhoc basis. To start with we need a flyer and a brochure. I have all the text just need nice branded images. I have an idea of what i like and will upload our. most recent brochure which we are happy with. . I dont want it to be the same as we will be sending both at the same time, The details required for the pdf are on or sites .
