I need a Flyer!

Information for the business: We are running a basketball Tournament
Industry: Sports and Fitness
Design details: I need a flyer made up for my company using our company logo and the details for a Showdown that we are running. Doesn't need to be fancy, unless you want to showcase your own work. The flyer should fit to 8x11 1/2 inch paper, this should be very simple for anyone involved with photoshop, I just don't have the time to do it myself.
