I need a flow chart created, based on a hand-drawn sketch I already have.

A hand-drawn flow chart that needs to be digitised into a pdf / jpeg / similar. The flow chart sets out a project development process. The scan is in three parts as it wouldn't all fit on the scanner! For someone who knows what they're doing I'm guessing it would only take about 1-2 hours to digitise this. If you have suggestions on how to make it clearer, using different links or arrows and different colours etc feel free to suggest.
