I need a designer to put together a property newsletter for print!

Information for the business: We are estate agents
Design details: We are looking for a freelance designer who would be able to design for us a property newsletter that is ready for print.

We shall be providing the content & info graphics for the given newsletter which we would ideally like to be 8 pages long.

We are looking for someone who is trustworthy & honest provided that we aim to undertake our newsletters on a monthly bases, we have a rich history of using freelance designers, presenters or else on a recurring bases.

The newsletter should resemble the attached sales & letting's guide in terms of it's branding & look.

Content on the front/back side and body: logo and title
Ideas for the visual style: proffessional finish
