I need a designer to help me create a menu.

I have menu contents in words to help you to put into menu.

please very briefly tell me how you would design or twist the current menu. you can answer these quesitons:

1.what is your thought of current menu?
2.what do you NOT like about?
3.how you are going to make difference on the current one?


Requirement:

1.I'd like to use current structure format. but i am open any advice if you can point out current flaw. I am happy to take.

2.i need original file

4. menu size is A3 , 3 fold, 2 sides
