I need 5 posters and 5 matching leaflets designed

Design details: We are looking to hire an artist/designer to create 5 similar pop-up posters and 5 matching A5 leaflets. It is for our start-up medical records business; and will be used for a conference stand.

1. We will need a high resolution file which will be printed on a banner 800 X 2000mm

2. We will need another version to be printed two sided on an A5 leaflet 210 X 148.5mm

3. Each of these will need to be designed in 5 versions with different images: 1 each for plastic surgery; orthopaedic surgery; ENT surgery; stroke medicine; neurosurgery

The design will have our logo at the top, followed by 3 lines of text (bullet points). There will need to be an image of an iphone 6 (white) with an image on the screen – possibly 2 images of a phone with a text image and a photo. The images will be (a hand wound; a brain scan, an X-ray). We will provide the images.


This needs to be completed by 6pm GMT Wednesday 15th June including unlimited changes.
The successful candidate will be chosen by 8pm today. All images, logo files and text will be provided at this time.

The final versions will need to be provided in .jpg .psd .eps formats please.

The successful candidate can expect more work if we are impressed.
