    Just to clarify - you can't turn an image into a 'higher resolution'. You can resize it but if it was small to begin with it will look extremely blurry. The only way this would be possible is if the image is a graphic or illustration that can be reproduced/redrawn at a larger size. Please can you clarify what the image is.
