High-Impact Facebook Ad Design - Planning Services London

We are looking for a graphic designer to create a high-quality, eye-catching Facebook/Instagram advert for our planning and architectural services business.

We already have a strong example of the style we want (attached), and we need a new version created in the same layout and branding.

We have also attached additional images that we would like used — the new ad should follow the same visual style and structure as our existing local ad.

The ad should follow a before-and-after transformation format, showing:

Existing property (smaller / dated)
Proposed transformation (modern extension / open-plan space)

The goal is to create a visually striking ad that immediately grabs attention and clearly communicates the transformation.

Key requirements:

Match our existing black / red / white branding style
Follow the same layout and feel as our current ad
Use the additional images provided
Clean, professional layout with strong visual hierarchy
High-quality, realistic imagery (UK-style homes preferred)
