Green Lattice Buffets & Sleeve for coffee cups

I urgently need a lattice pattern done for buffets and coffee cup sleeve.

The sleeve is more urgent as we need to send for production.

The design will be a lattice pattern which i need to a 3d effect when printed. The lattice pattern should have overlapping effect so it doesnt look flat when printed.

the background will have a green watercolour effect which is attached. and then the lattice will be a laudree green(sage green)
