Graphics designer for Embroidery design needed

I urgently need a graphics designer for children play book. The graphics designer must be very good with graphics design software because this project is contained with a lot of colourful characters for children to be able to color. The play book is an educational theme for children with age range from 5-10. The designer must be very good and must be able to deliver on time because the project is urgent. Any difficulty concerning the project should be directed to me.
