Graphic designer to create a template of an offer letter

Design details: I am looking for someone to create a word template of an event proposal using existing high quality pictures of the venue and logos aligned with fonts, colours and pictures on our website: http://i-viewmeetings.pl/

The proposal template you create should contain:

Page 1: Attractive title page with pictures

Page 2: Location page with a map and location

Page 3: Cost page with a nice cost table and payment terms

Page 4: Catering: coffee break / lunch break
Target audience: Business
Number of pages needed: 4
Content on the front/back side and body: Title, pictures and text
Ideas for the visual style: Fresh and professional
Preferred colors: red

You will be expected to put together both the graphical composition of the elements supplied (pictures, logo) in alignment with the website. You will be also expected to do a little of a copy writing to produce and end product in shape of an easy to use template.

The template should be in a word document that will be turned to pdf by a person preparing the proposal and should be light 1mb or 2 mb max maintaining high quality of pictures when printed.
