Graphic Designer Needed for 4m x 1m Holiday Rental Banner

We are looking for a talented graphic designer with a strong creative eye to design a large promotional banner for our holiday rental properties.

The banner will measure 4m x 1m and will be used for outdoor advertising, so the design needs to be clean, modern, highly visible, and attention-grabbing from a distance.

We will provide:

- A small selection of property images
- The text content to include
- A QR code that links to our booking page

Your task will be to use these assets to create several visually appealing banner concepts that effectively showcase our holiday rentals and encourage people to scan the QR code or learn more.

Requirements:

- Strong graphic design skills with a modern design style
- Experience designing large-format banners or outdoor advertising
- Ability to create 2–4 different design concepts for us to review
- Final design supplied in print-ready format (high resolution / suitable for large format printing)

Deliverables:

- 2–4 creative banner design options
- Final selected design prepared for print (4m x 1m)

Budget:

The listed budget reflects the PeoplePerHour recommended range for this type of project. However, we are happy to consider proposals outside of this range depending on experience, portfolio, and the quality of the design concepts offered.
