Graphic designer for newsletter

I am seeking a skilled graphic designer to create a refined visual identity for Regula.AI, a newsletter and digital platform focused on EU AI governance, law, and public policy. The design should embody a minimal, editorial style that conveys a sense of calm professionalism.

The project entails the creation of three banners for LinkedIn, Substack, and Instagram, alongside a simple typographic logo (wordmark) for "Regula.AI." The aesthetic should reflect a structured and intellectual approach, reminiscent of a policy journal rather than a tech startup.

Preferred colors include deep navy and off-white, though I welcome suggestions that maintain a professional tone. Geometric lines, dots, or grids may be incorporated to symbolize structure and regulation. Typography should blend serif and sans-serif fonts, with options like Playfair Display and Inter or alternatives.
