Graphic design for Web banner ad - 2 mockups required

Hi, we require please 2 designs/mockups to show case our software product. The final banner ad will be used for Website and App store listing. We also need a smaller 'large icon size' headline banner that is also used for the store listing.
We have some design ideas attached for the 2 styles. Further images will be provided including our application screenshots and company logo upon awarding of the project.
When applying please indicate and provide examples of previous relevant projects.
