Graphic design for EdTech SaaS website visuals

Hello! We’re looking for a graphic designer to help us create website visuals for our product, Intelligent Evidence.

Intelligent Evidence is a platform that helps schools organise and map their existing documentation against inspection frameworks using AI. It was built by headteachers, for headteachers. We have a product that has been described by schools as a 'game changer' and Headteachers understand the benefit of the platform straight away when we talk to them, but we don't feel like the website does the product justice at the moment.

We are not looking for a full rebrand - our core branding, colours and identity are already established. Instead, we need someone who can help us visually communicate what we do clearly. We'd like visuals that immediately show:

- It's built specifically for headteachers and school leaders
- It can map their existing documents to inspection criteria in minutes
- It saves leadership time and reduces stress
- It helps headteachers feel more confident leading up to inspections
- It’s innovative and market leading

A visitor should understand the core idea within 30 seconds.

We’d initially like support designing:

- Hero section concepts and graphics
- Product-focused visuals mocked up within the website
- Realistic product mockups using actual platform screenshots
- Visual storytelling around evidence, clarity, confidence and leadership time saved

There is potential to extend the project into:

- “How it Works” website page mock-up
- Case study page mock-up

We’re looking for a style that feels:

- Clean and modern
- Easy to understand
- More human and education-focused than “tech AI”

We do not want:

- Generic AI imagery (robots, glowing brains, abstract tech graphics etc.)
- Overly corporate or dull visuals
- Something that looks like a generic analytics dashboard

The product is genuinely unique in the market, so the website should feel distinctive too.

- Website platform: WordPress
- Built using Elementor (free version)
- Static visuals/mockups only at this stage (not full development)
